Testimonials

“This award didn’t just offset the cost of my application into residency training, it connected me to an amazing group of mentors who guided me and taught me how to fight for my future. Now, I’m taking their lessons so I can one day open doors for others like you opened them for me.”

Mohammed Abed, MD, MPH Designation

“Moving to the USA for the first time as an IMG, I faced a number of challenges. The guidance I received from IMSA was invaluable in navigating the complexities of applying for US residency, providing me with expert advice every step of the way. On top of that, the IMSA award helped cover match-related expenses, which can be a significant barrier for international students like myself. It was an incredible support that made a huge difference in my journey.”
